        loving colouring in post cards it distracts my brain and really does help, and the fabulous thing is you can make them just how you want and feel! ❤️❤️😃😃

Well, when you are ready, upload one of your postcard interpretations to our gallery – none of the above are yours yet… But keeping them to yourself is just as good if they are giving you a sense of calm and distraction from chaotic thought processes, it’s your personal journey that is important. xx
