burst of confidence
I’m so grateful I bumped into you both. I was just going to go round the park then skulk off home. But we ended up going to find ice creams and having chips and I got to see the sea ❤️ and I went up & down the main road a few times with loads of people. You gave me a burst of confidence so thank you

I’ve just started to work with the incredible duo that is Debby and Marie of Rogue Debby CIC . These women are something else! And they support people who are living with chronic conditions, including physical and mental health conditions (believe me, they truly GET it). I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for support.

I had been to another support group and didn’t feel it worked for me. A friend told me about this group so I attended, feeling very sceptical. Within 5 minutes I relaxed and spent the next two hours belly laughing! Debby and Marie have this amazing ability to support you, understand the importance and seriousness of what you are going through but making you feel comfortable, relaxed and so much better about your individual situation. I truly look forward to seeing you both!!
Peer support group has helped me massively
I found the zoom peer group through a friend and I have never looked back. I have online support from people that understand my issues, we talk and I feel less lonely as I don’t get out much due to anxieties. I have the group leaders I can contact anytime when I am feeling very low, that cheer me up no end and share tips and tricks to help make life a little easier.

I was falling apart
Thank you so much you guys for being so lovely and supportive. I was really falling apart, I’ve got my Bach Flower remedies out, some say best before 2034! Result!
