Life is very stressful at the moment the backlog of appointments in the health service is only ramping up our anxiety issues – a lot of us go blank under pressure and when appointments are few and far between – we panic that we may forget the little things along with the big issues even more…

  • Write a list

    Make a list of what you want to say to your specialist.

  • Record your list

    Video or voice record your list of questions, concerns and feelings on your smartphone.

  • Put them together

    Take your written list and your smartphone to your appointment

  • Press Play

    Play your recording to your specialist and leave your written list with them.
